Cancellation policy

This policy applies to purchases made from NNXNX, operated by Guangzhou Yingtuo Industrial Internet Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440101MA5CJ7BH9D).

This policy applies only when a product page or checkout expressly offers a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. Ordinary one-time purchases are not subscriptions.

Subscriptions

If a subscription is offered, the product page or checkout will show the delivery frequency, price, billing schedule, renewal terms, and available cancellation method before purchase. Payment details are stored and processed securely by the applicable payment provider. Unless the offer states otherwise, a recurring subscription continues until cancelled.

You may manage or cancel an active subscription using the subscription-management link in your order or account communications, or by contacting us. A cancellation applies to future unprocessed renewals. Orders already processed or dispatched are subject to the Return and Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

If a pre-order is offered, the product page will identify it as a pre-order and provide the available expected fulfillment information and payment terms. You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. If fulfillment has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Try Before You Buy

If a try-before-you-buy option is offered, the product page or checkout will state the trial period, authorization or payment terms, return deadline, and conditions before purchase. If the item is not returned within the stated period, the applicable payment method may be charged as disclosed at checkout.

Changes and Failed Payments

Any permitted change to price or frequency will be communicated as required by applicable law. Failed payments may cause a renewal or service to be paused or cancelled. We do not charge recurring payments unless the customer selected an offer that clearly disclosed recurring billing.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
